MayaaVerse

Heavy Digital was commissioned for the creative direction and scriptwriting of MayaaVerse's India launch film. The client: MAI Labs, a Silicon Valley deep-tech company backed by $17.5 million in global investment, launching an AI-powered VR platform in partnership with Zee Media. The world they had built held two registers at once - the mythological city of Hastinapur and a vast sci-fi metropolis spanning 17,000 interconnected worlds. The creative challenge was to carry both into a single launch narrative without collapsing one into the other: ancient spatial memory and a fully realised future city, held in the same frame. The script let them breathe against each other. The past wasn't prologue. It was architecture.
